Welcome to Not Just Renders ("NJR", "we", "our", or "the Service Provider").By submitting a project request, completing a Submission Brief, purchasing services, making a payment, or otherwise engaging with Not Just Renders, the client ("Client", "you", or "your") agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.These Terms apply to all services offered by Not Just Renders, including but not limited to Space Enhancement, Architectural Renderings, 2D & 3D Floor Plans, Reels & Videos, and Interactive Experiences.
1. ELIGIBILITY
Services are intended for individuals, organizations, and businesses capable of entering legally binding agreements.By engaging Not Just Renders, the Client represents and warrants that they have the legal authority to request services, approve project decisions, and enter into binding agreements on behalf of themselves or any represented organization.
2. SERVICES
Not Just Renders is a visualization studio specializing in the creation of visual materials intended to support planning, communication, marketing, sales, presentation, and decision-making processes.Services may include visual representations of projects that are under development, design, renovation, construction, marketing, presentation, or review.Not Just Renders does not provide architectural, engineering, structural, permitting, legal, surveying, construction, contracting, or professional design services unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.The Client acknowledges that NJR acts as a visualization partner and not as the designer, architect, engineer, contractor, developer, or decision-maker of the project.
3. SUBMISSION BRIEF
All projects are based on information provided by the Client through project communications, Submission Briefs, project documentation, reference materials, and supporting files.The Submission Brief serves as the primary project reference document and shall be used to define project scope, deliverables, expectations, requirements, timelines, revisions, and project objectives.The Client is responsible for reviewing all information submitted prior to project approval.Any omissions, inaccuracies, changes, or updates discovered after project commencement may result in additional fees, revised timelines, or project modifications.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date project information.This may include, but is not limited to:-Drawings
-Floor plans
-Dimensions
-Measurements
-Material schedules
-Finish schedules
-Mood boards
-Reference images
-Site photographs
-Design intent documentation
-Branding materials
-Project specificationsNot Just Renders interprets and visualizes information based on materials provided by the Client and assumes such information to be accurate and authorized for use.The Client acknowledges that incomplete, missing, inconsistent, outdated, or inaccurate information may impact project outcomes, timelines, costs, and deliverables.Any additional work required due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Client may be treated as a Scope Change and may incur additional fees.
5. CLIENT-PROVIDED MATERIALS
The Client represents and warrants that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authority to provide any materials submitted to Not Just Renders.The Client remains solely responsible for all submitted content, including drawings, plans, photographs, logos, models, textures, specifications, documents, and reference materials.The Client further represents that all submitted files are free from malicious software, malware, viruses, or other harmful code to the best of their knowledge.Not Just Renders shall not be liable for claims, damages, delays, losses, or expenses resulting from inaccurate, unauthorized, unlawful, or defective materials supplied by the Client.
6. REVISIONS
Revision rounds are determined on a project-by-project basis and will be specified within the Submission Brief, project proposal, or project agreement.A revision is defined as a correction, adjustment, clarification, or modification directly related to information, requirements, instructions, or expectations previously established within the approved Submission Brief.Revisions are intended to address approved project requirements and are not intended to introduce new design directions, concepts, features, deliverables, materials, layouts, styles, or project objectives.Not Just Renders reserves the right to determine whether a request constitutes a revision or a Scope Change.
7. SCOPE CHANGES
Any request that modifies, expands, replaces, redefines, or materially alters previously approved project requirements shall be considered a Scope Change.Examples of Scope Changes may include, but are not limited to:-Changes to approved design direction
-Changes to style, mood, or visual approach
-Changes to approved materials or finishes
-Additional deliverables
-New viewpoints, scenes, or project areas
-Additional spaces or rooms
-New project requirements not included in the original Submission Brief
-Modifications resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or omitted information originally provided by the ClientScope Changes may result in additional fees, revised timelines, project rescheduling, or updated project proposals.All Scope Changes must be reviewed and approved by Not Just Renders before implementation.
8. RUSH JOBS
Rush Job services may be available for projects requiring accelerated production schedules.Rush Job requests are subject to internal review, production capacity, resource availability, and approval by Not Just Renders.Approval of a Rush Job request is not guaranteed.Approved Rush Jobs are subject to a surcharge of fifty percent (50%) of the applicable project fee unless otherwise agreed in writing.Rush Job fees must be paid and confirmed before accelerated production begins.Rush Job services do not guarantee additional revision cycles, expanded project scope, or exceptions to these Terms & Conditions.Minor project corrections falling within the originally approved scope may be accommodated when reasonably possible and when such requests do not jeopardize project deadlines, production schedules, or project delivery commitments.
9. SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT
The Client shall designate a primary point of contact responsible for project communications, approvals, revision requests, project decisions, and final authorizations.Not Just Renders shall be entitled to rely upon instructions, approvals, and decisions provided by the designated point of contact.The Client acknowledges that conflicting instructions from multiple parties may create delays, misunderstandings, increased costs, and project complications.Not Just Renders shall not be responsible for delays, revisions, or additional work resulting from conflicting instructions provided by multiple individuals.
10. FEEDBACK AND APPROVALS
The Client agrees to provide clear, organized, and consolidated feedback during each revision cycle.Feedback should be submitted in a single consolidated document, communication, or review package whenever reasonably possible.Not Just Renders is not responsible for delays, inconsistencies, additional revisions, or project complications resulting from fragmented, contradictory, incomplete, or disorganized feedback.Project approvals, revision requests, and project decisions provided by the designated point of contact shall be considered binding for project purposes.
11. CLIENT DELAYS AND ON HOLD PROJECTS
The Client is encouraged to provide project feedback, approvals, and revision requests within seventy-two (72) hours following the delivery of project materials, previews, drafts, or revision packages.If additional review time is required, the Client is responsible for communicating an estimated review or approval date.Projects that remain inactive for thirty (30) consecutive days due to lack of Client communication, feedback, approvals, or required information may be considered abandoned, paused, or placed On Hold at the discretion of Not Just Renders.Projects placed On Hold may require rescheduling based on production availability and internal scheduling priorities.Project reactivation may require up to two (2) weeks for scheduling and production reassignment.Extended periods of inactivity may result in additional fees, revised delivery schedules, project reassessment, or project closure.
12. PAYMENTS
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all projects require full payment in advance before production begins.Not Just Renders may, at its sole discretion, offer alternative payment structures for qualifying projects. Any alternative payment arrangement must be confirmed in writing before project commencement.Accepted payment methods may include Stripe, ACH Transfer, and other payment methods approved by Not Just Renders.For ACH payments, the Client may be required to provide payment confirmation documentation. Production progress, deliverables, approvals, or project milestones may be withheld until funds have been successfully received and verified.The Client is responsible for any fees, charges, taxes, banking costs, currency conversion fees, or transaction costs imposed by third-party financial institutions.
13. REFUNDS
Clients may request a refund prior to the commencement of production.Approved pre-production refunds are generally limited to ninety percent (90%) of the amount paid. The remaining ten percent (10%) is retained to cover administrative costs, payment processing fees, project preparation, scheduling, and associated business expenses.Approved refunds may require two (2) to three (3) weeks for processing.Once production has commenced, all payments become non-refundable.No refunds shall be provided for completed work, delivered work, approved work, Scope Changes, Rush Job fees, project delays caused by the Client, or project inactivity attributable to the Client.If Not Just Renders elects to terminate a project, refunds will be evaluated based on project progress, work completed, resources allocated, and documented project activity.
14. DELIVERY OF DELIVERABLES
Final deliverables shall be provided using delivery methods determined by Not Just Renders.Unless otherwise agreed, project files are typically delivered through secure cloud-based file sharing platforms.Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by project complexity, Client response times, Scope Changes, revisions, production workload, technical issues, third-party services, force majeure events, and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Not Just Renders.Unless otherwise specified, delivery links may remain active for up to fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.The Client is responsible for downloading, securing, and backing up all deliverables before link expiration.The Client is responsible for reviewing and downloading all deliverables promptly following delivery.
15. FILE RETENTION
Project files, deliverables, working files, communications, and project records may be retained for up to six (6) months following final project delivery.After this retention period, Not Just Renders may permanently delete project files without notice.Not Just Renders shall have no obligation to restore, recover, archive, maintain, or reproduce files after the expiration of the retention period.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USAGE RIGHTS
All project materials, drafts, previews, concepts, works in progress, production assets, and deliverables remain the property of Not Just Renders until full payment has been received and confirmed.Upon full payment, ownership and usage rights of the final approved deliverables shall transfer to the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing.Ownership transfer applies solely to final approved deliverables.Source files, production files, editable project files, internal workflows, templates, systems, methodologies, and proprietary production assets are not included and remain the exclusive property of Not Just Renders unless explicitly licensed or sold under a separate written agreement.
17. PORTFOLIO CONSENT
Not Just Renders respects the confidentiality and marketing preferences of its Clients.Portfolio, marketing, promotional, educational, social media, advertising, and public display rights shall be governed by the Client's consent selection provided during the Submission Brief process.If the Client grants permission, Not Just Renders may display completed project deliverables for promotional, portfolio, educational, presentation, advertising, and marketing purposes.If the Client declines permission, Not Just Renders shall make reasonable efforts to refrain from publicly displaying the project deliverables except where disclosure is required by law, regulation, court order, or legal obligation.The Client acknowledges that portfolio permission preferences apply only to completed deliverables and do not alter ownership rights, payment obligations, confidentiality obligations, or project responsibilities.
18. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
Not Just Renders understands that Clients may provide confidential, proprietary, commercially sensitive, or non-public information during the course of a project.Not Just Renders will take reasonable measures to protect confidential information provided by Clients and will not intentionally disclose such information to third parties except where necessary to perform the requested services, comply with legal obligations, process payments, utilize service providers, or fulfill project requirements.The Client acknowledges that electronic communications, cloud storage systems, third-party software providers, and online collaboration tools inherently involve certain security risks beyond the reasonable control of Not Just Renders.
19. VISUAL REPRESENTATION DISCLAIMER
All deliverables created by Not Just Renders are visual representations intended for communication, presentation, planning, marketing, sales, conceptual review, and visualization purposes.Deliverables are created through professional interpretation of project information, references, materials, instructions, and objectives provided by the Client.The Client acknowledges that visualizations may contain artistic interpretation, assumptions, enhancements, optimizations, approximations, and presentation techniques intended to effectively communicate project intent.Exact replication of real-world conditions, future construction outcomes, existing site conditions, materials, finishes, lighting, vegetation, furnishings, weather conditions, surroundings, dimensions, colors, textures, or physical results is not guaranteed.The Client further acknowledges that completed construction, manufacturing, installation, renovation, development, or implementation outcomes may differ from visualized representations.
20. REFERENCE IMAGES
Reference images, mood boards, inspiration materials, examples, and visual references provided by the Client are used solely to communicate design intent, style preferences, visual direction, materials, atmosphere, and project goals.Reference materials are not intended to serve as exact replication requirements.Not Just Renders does not guarantee exact duplication, recreation, or replication of any reference image, concept image, photograph, online example, social media content, or third-party visual material.
21. PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGIES
Not Just Renders may utilize artificial intelligence tools, automation technologies, enhancement software, production software, rendering technologies, editing tools, and other digital technologies as part of its internal workflow.Such technologies may be used to improve efficiency, production quality, visualization processes, editing workflows, image enhancement, content generation assistance, or project development processes.The Client acknowledges that these technologies may form part of the production process.Creative direction, project interpretation, quality control, review, approval, and final deliverables remain subject to human oversight and professional judgment.
22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Not Just Renders shall not be liable for construction outcomes, engineering decisions, permitting results, code compliance, legal compliance, property valuations, project feasibility, investment performance, marketing performance, sales performance, business outcomes, contractor performance, supplier performance, or decisions made by the Client or third parties based upon project deliverables.Not Just Renders shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic damages arising from the use of project deliverables.The Client accepts sole responsibility for evaluating, verifying, approving, and implementing any decisions related to the use of project deliverables.
23. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
The Client agrees to make reasonable efforts to resolve any concerns, disputes, questions, or service-related issues directly with Not Just Renders before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, claim, or similar action.The Client acknowledges that Not Just Renders maintains project records, communications, approvals, payment records, Submission Briefs, revision history, and project documentation that may be used to respond to chargebacks or payment disputes.Unauthorized chargebacks relating to approved work, completed work, delivered work, or services already rendered may be formally contested.
24. FORCE MAJEURE
Not Just Renders shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, failures, or inability to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.Such events may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, utility failures, cyber incidents, software failures, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, public emergencies, pandemics, acts of war, civil unrest, or third-party service outages.
25. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE PROJECTS
Not Just Renders reserves the right to decline, refuse, suspend, pause, or terminate any project request at its sole discretion.Not Just Renders may also suspend or terminate active projects where necessary due to abusive conduct, non-payment, fraud concerns, repeated policy violations, unreasonable demands, project misrepresentation, lack of cooperation, or circumstances that materially interfere with project execution.Where applicable, refunds will be evaluated based on project progress, work completed, resources allocated, and documented project activity.
26. CHANGES TO TERMS
Not Just Renders reserves the right to modify, update, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.Any revised version shall apply only to future projects submitted after the effective date of such revision unless otherwise required by law.Projects already accepted shall remain governed by the version of the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time the project was accepted.
27. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the Service Provider.Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or from services provided by Not Just Renders shall first be addressed through good-faith communication and reasonable efforts to achieve an amicable resolution.
SERVICE-SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
The following conditions supplement, but do not replace, the Terms & Conditions above. Where a conflict exists, these Service-Specific Conditions shall apply to the relevant service.
SPACE ENHANCEMENT
Space Enhancement services are intended to provide visual representations, conceptual possibilities, furnishing suggestions, finish explorations, renovation concepts, staging concepts, and presentation materials.These services are provided exclusively for visualization, presentation, planning, marketing, and communication purposes.Space Enhancement services do not constitute interior design services, architectural design services, engineering services, construction documentation, permitting services, or professional design consultation.Furniture, finishes, décor elements, materials, layouts, fixtures, and visual recommendations shown within deliverables are conceptual representations only and may not reflect actual construction requirements, dimensions, availability, feasibility, cost, code compliance, or installation conditions.The Client remains solely responsible for obtaining any professional design, architectural, engineering, permitting, construction, or contractor guidance required for implementation.
ARCHITECTURAL RENDERINGS
Architectural Renderings are visual representations created using project information supplied by the Client.Renderings are intended to communicate design intent, project vision, presentation objectives, planning concepts, marketing goals, and sales materials.Renderings may include artistic interpretation, environmental enhancements, visual optimization, and presentation-focused adjustments intended to improve communication and visual quality.Renderings are not construction documents, permit documents, engineering documents, fabrication drawings, or field-verification documents.The Client remains responsible for verifying all dimensions, materials, specifications, design decisions, and project information.
2D & 3D FLOOR PLANS
2D and 3D Floor Plans are visual representations prepared using information provided by the Client.Not Just Renders does not independently verify dimensions, measurements, property boundaries, square footage calculations, structural information, code compliance, accessibility requirements, or construction feasibility.All dimensions, measurements, layouts, and project information are assumed to be accurate as provided by the Client.Floor Plans are intended for visualization, presentation, communication, marketing, and conceptual planning purposes only.
REELS & VIDEOS
Reels, animations, walkthroughs, cinematic presentations, marketing videos, and other motion content are created based upon approved project information and project scope.Timing, pacing, transitions, music, effects, narration, motion graphics, camera paths, and presentation techniques may involve creative interpretation intended to support project objectives.Minor differences in playback performance, compression quality, streaming quality, platform compatibility, device performance, browser behavior, color representation, and media presentation may occur depending on viewing environments.Not Just Renders shall not be responsible for third-party platform behavior, social media algorithms, advertising performance, audience engagement, lead generation results, or sales outcomes.
INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCES
Interactive Experiences may include virtual tours, interactive presentations, web-based experiences, 360 Virtual Tours, Live Presentations, and related digital content.Performance may vary depending on device capabilities, operating systems, browser versions, internet connectivity, hosting environments, software compatibility, and third-party technologies.Not Just Renders does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services, hosting providers, browsers, software platforms, or external technologies beyond its reasonable control.The Client acknowledges that future software updates, browser changes, operating system updates, third-party platform modifications, or technology deprecations may affect long-term functionality.Any ongoing hosting, maintenance, updates, support, monitoring, or future compatibility services shall require a separate written agreement unless otherwise specified.
Refunds and Returns

Not Just Renders ("NJR", "we", "our", or "the Service Provider") is committed to providing clear expectations regarding project payments, cancellations, and refunds.By purchasing services from Not Just Renders, the Client agrees to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
1. GENERAL POLICY
Due to the custom, creative, and project-specific nature of our services, refund eligibility is limited and subject to the conditions described below.All projects require production planning, scheduling, resource allocation, project preparation, and administrative processing prior to commencement.
2. REFUNDS BEFORE PRODUCTION
Clients may request a refund before production has commenced.Approved refunds issued before production begins are generally limited to ninety percent (90%) of the total amount paid.The remaining ten percent (10%) is retained to cover administrative costs, payment processing fees, project preparation, scheduling, and related business expenses.Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
3. REFUNDS AFTER PRODUCTION HAS COMMENCED
Once production has commenced, all payments become non-refundable.Production may include, but is not limited to:Project preparation
Production scheduling
Asset preparation
Modeling
Rendering
Editing
Animation
Floor plan production
Interactive development
Quality control
Internal production workNo refunds shall be issued for completed work, partially completed work, approved work, delivered work, revision work, Scope Changes, Rush Jobs, or services already rendered.
4. SCOPE CHANGES
Scope Changes are not eligible for refunds once approved and production has commenced.Any additional fees associated with approved Scope Changes become non-refundable once work has begun.
5. RUSH JOBS
Rush Job fees are non-refundable once the accelerated production schedule has been approved and initiated.Rush Job resources, scheduling adjustments, and production prioritization are allocated specifically for the Client's project.
6. CLIENT DELAYS AND PROJECT INACTIVITY

7. PROJECT TERMINATION
If Not Just Renders elects to terminate a project, any refund determination will be evaluated based on:Project progress

Resources allocated
Production efforts performed
Administrative expenses incurred

8. PAYMENT PROCESSING TIMES
